week 2 of my summer exersize

So when the clock hits midnight on the fourth of July it will be the end of week to on my goal for a hot back to school body. I haven't really lost much but I feel better about myself. I have more energy and i feel peppier. I've been drinking more water and my skin and hair look much better! I feel way more confident even though I've only lost about an inch. Its amazing what running and a few simple strength exersizes will do for you. I suggest all you lazy butts try to go and do something each day. Even if its walking to the corner. Get out there and do something!
