I have four months

to finish my completly recycable halloween costume (minus the tights ill proboly have to wear under it)

So far i've fused plastic bags to start on the skirt...I need 12 or so more to finish that then i need to think of what to do for the top...I was thinking brown bags but i'm not sure how those will stay togehter... SO i might fuse more bags for the top... if i can get like 30 more...I'll ask my family...Have my mom switch from paper to plastic. :]
